  • You must rent the whole house – A minimum of 11 rooms for 2 nights

  • To determine which package is the best for you, first determine how many people will be celebrating with you.
  • All wedding packages require a minimum number of rooms to be booked.
  • The Big Day Celebration Package, Wedding Party Package and Micro Wedding Package are all subject to our 45 day cancellation policy (see wedding policies for details).
  • The Landmark Inn is not responsible for planning the ceremony, scheduling the officiant or other related details beyond the package descriptions unless specifically itemized in our contract.
