The Big Day Celebration Package
- You must rent the whole house – A minimum of 11 rooms for 2 nights
- Welcome reception (wine and charcuterie plate)
- Private use of all common areas including porches and backyard
- Private use of commercial kitchen and exquisite dining room for catered dinner (26 people max, dinner not included)
- Private use of the Landmark Inn and grounds for your event
- Private brunch Chef-prepared – you choose the menu
- A full gourmet breakfast for all room guests on additional morning(s)
- Housekeeping gratuity
Cost: $3000 (and $500 refundable damage deposit) in addition to room rate

- To determine which package is the best for you, first determine how many people will be celebrating with you.
- All wedding packages require a minimum number of rooms to be booked.
- The Big Day Celebration Package, Wedding Party Package and Micro Wedding Package are all subject to our 45 day cancellation policy (see wedding policies for details).
- The Landmark Inn is not responsible for planning the ceremony, scheduling the officiant or other related details beyond the package descriptions unless specifically itemized in our contract.
